Australia-based packing · U.S. project enquiries

From bulk product to a considered smaller pack.

Give a ready product a new presentation. YourSachet assesses Australian repacking and downsizing for U.S.-bound brands, from suitable portion packs to pouch, tub and outer-pack requirements.

Discuss my U.S. project What to include in your brief →

Start with the product you already have.

Single-serve powders

Discuss sachet and stick-pack formats for suitable customer-supplied powders. Flow, target fill, seal performance, packaging material and quantity need review together.

Beauty samples

Explore smaller presentations for suitable cosmetic liquids, gels or powders. Compatibility, handling and relevant stability and market requirements must be assessed.

Pouches, tubs and outer packs

Describe the source container and intended retail presentation. We can review customer-supplied repacking, multi-unit presentation and finishing requirements for the job.

A size change deserves a technical check.

A new pack format can change how a product is handled, protected and used. Define the actual product, packaging material, fill target, artwork and acceptance criteria before production is agreed.

Final quantities depend on the supplied amount, usable yield, setup requirements and agreed filling tolerances. A bulk weight divided by a target fill is only a theoretical unit count, not a production yield promise.

Every project is assessed for technical suitability, import admissibility and its intended market. Repacking or blending in Australia does not automatically make a product Australian-origin or duty-free. Your customs broker should confirm classification, origin, current duties and any available concessions for the actual product and process.

Your bulk-to-pack brief.

Start with a non-confidential outline. Detailed formulas and technical files can follow through the agreed process.

  • Product type, intended use and current country
  • Ready bulk product or ingredients, proposed source countries and suppliers
  • Existing approved formula or development required
  • Target packaging, fill weight or volume, and estimated units per SKU
  • Whether specifications, allergen and storage information are available
  • U.S. delivery state or ZIP code and target timing
  • Artwork status, required documentation and whether your importer and customs broker are appointed

Include the current container size, total available product, existing shelf-life or storage information, and whether you need individual units, grouped outer packs or both.

Repacking questions.

Do I need to develop a new formula?

Not necessarily. If the product is ready, start with a customer-supplied product assessment. If changes are needed, blending or development can be discussed as a separate scope.

Can a product be called Australian-made after repacking?

Repacking in Australia does not automatically establish Australian origin. The correct origin and labeling must be confirmed for the actual product and operation.

Can you receive a full container and repack it?

Describe the product, quantity, storage and receiving requirements before arranging freight. Capacity, admissibility, handling and scheduling must be confirmed for the specific project.

Can you guarantee a fill weight or finished quantity now?

Fill targets, tolerances, yield and acceptance criteria require technical review and written agreement. Share the product characteristics and intended format so those details can be assessed.
