Australian contract packing for U.S. brands.

Bring us your bulk product, ingredients or packaging brief. YourSachet assesses international inputs, blending and contract packing in Australia for U.S.-bound beauty and wellness projects.

Discuss my U.S. project What to include in your brief →

Your product. A smaller format. A plan for the U.S. market.

Explore single-serve powders, cosmetic samples and suitable liquid or gel formats. We confirm product suitability, the work involved and shipment responsibilities before a project moves into production.

A finished bulk product

Explore a new pack size without starting again. Tell us what you have, how it is currently packed and the format you want. We assess filling, repacking and downsizing into suitable sachets, stick packs, pouches or tubs.

International ingredients

Bring a non-confidential outline of your proposed suppliers and formula readiness. We assess importing suitable inputs into Australia, blending to an agreed specification and packing for a U.S.-bound project. Each source country and ingredient requires review.

A product in development

Discuss a separately scoped paid development stage before committing to production. You own the final formulation developed for you once the development fee is fully paid.

Look at the whole journey.

  1. Product and source. Identify the product, ingredient origins, current location, intended use and U.S. destination.
  2. Format and process. Review fill size, material compatibility, blending needs, handling and any trials required.
  3. Cost and responsibilities. Agree the quote inclusions and who handles freight, customs, market requirements and final approvals.
  4. Production and dispatch. Proceed against the agreed specification and shipment arrangements after the necessary checks and approvals.

Compare the complete landed cost.

Packing price is one part of the decision. Allow for freight, packaging materials, testing, import charges, customs services and applicable taxes or duties.

Ask for a clearly scoped packing quote and compare the complete route with your broker and logistics advisers.

Every project is assessed for technical suitability, import admissibility and its intended market. Repacking or blending in Australia does not automatically make a product Australian-origin or duty-free. Your customs broker should confirm classification, origin, current duties and any available concessions for the actual product and process.

Tell us what you want to make possible.

Start with a non-confidential outline. Detailed formulas and technical files can follow through the agreed process.

  • Product type, intended use and current country
  • Ready bulk product or ingredients, proposed source countries and suppliers
  • Existing approved formula or development required
  • Target packaging, fill weight or volume, and estimated units per SKU
  • Whether specifications, allergen and storage information are available
  • U.S. delivery state or ZIP code and target timing
  • Artwork status, required documentation and whether your importer and customs broker are appointed

Questions from U.S. brands.

Can you work with a U.S. brand?

Yes. We welcome enquiries from brands throughout the United States. Packing takes place in Australia, and we assess the product, proposed work and destination requirements for each project.

Can inputs come from another country?

We can review inputs from international suppliers. Acceptance depends on the product, source country, supplier documentation, Australian import requirements and requirements for the finished U.S.-bound shipment.

Does packing in Australia change the country of origin?

It does not automatically change origin. Customs treatment depends on the actual product, ingredients and processing. Your customs broker should confirm the correct origin, markings and any preferential treatment before shipment.

Will the route reduce U.S. import duties?

That needs a product-specific assessment. Australian packing does not guarantee a lower U.S. duty rate. Compare the complete route and landed cost, including any eligible concessions and supporting documentation.

What about FDA and U.S. market requirements?

Requirements differ for cosmetics, foods and dietary supplements. The relevant parties need to confirm product classification, ingredients, labeling, facility obligations and import arrangements before production. Supporting records and responsibilities are agreed for the scope.

What are the minimum quantity, price and lead time?

These depend on the product, format, materials, quantity, trials and logistics. Send your brief so feasible scope and commercial terms can be confirmed.

Who owns a formulation developed for me?

You own the final formulation developed for you once the development fee is fully paid. Development scope and deliverables are agreed before the work begins.
