Australia-based packing · U.S. project enquiries

International ingredients. Australian blending. A U.S.-bound plan.

Bring your proposed ingredient sources and formula readiness. We assess suitable inputs, Australian powder blending and packing against the product specification and the requirements of the complete route.

Discuss my U.S. project What to include in your brief →

From nominated ingredients to an agreed specification.

Ready formula

Tell us whether you have an approved formula, ingredient specifications and required acceptance criteria. Share detailed technical information only through the agreed process.

Blending review

Discuss batch requirements, powder behaviour, allergen handling, storage needs and the intended filling format. Blending suitability and trial requirements are checked before a scope is proposed.

Development required

If the product is not ready, start with a separately scoped paid development stage. You own the final formulation developed for you once the development fee is fully paid.

Prepare the ingredients before planning the shipment.

International sourcing creates practical questions: which countries the inputs originate in, whether they can enter Australia, what documentation is needed, how they will be stored and what processing will actually take place.

YourSachet reviews the proposed production and packing scope. Importer, broker, regulatory and supplier responsibilities must be agreed for the project. Do not ship ingredients until receiving instructions and required approvals are in place.

Every project is assessed for technical suitability, import admissibility and its intended market. Repacking or blending in Australia does not automatically make a product Australian-origin or duty-free. Your customs broker should confirm classification, origin, current duties and any available concessions for the actual product and process.

A useful first brief.

Start with a non-confidential outline. Detailed formulas and technical files can follow through the agreed process.

  • Product type, intended use and current country
  • Ready bulk product or ingredients, proposed source countries and suppliers
  • Existing approved formula or development required
  • Target packaging, fill weight or volume, and estimated units per SKU
  • Whether specifications, allergen and storage information are available
  • U.S. delivery state or ZIP code and target timing
  • Artwork status, required documentation and whether your importer and customs broker are appointed

For a blending enquiry, also tell us the intended batch size, whether any ingredients have special handling requirements, and whether the formula is ready for technical review.

Blending questions.

Can you accept ingredients from any country?

International inputs can be considered. Acceptance is subject to source-country and product requirements, supplier documentation, technical suitability and the intended market. No unrestricted country or ingredient acceptance is implied.

Does mixing create Australian origin?

Not automatically. The origin effect depends on the ingredients, product and actual processing. Obtain a product-specific customs assessment before making origin or tariff claims.

Can the same project include sachet filling?

We can review blending and a suitable sachet or stick-pack format as part of the proposed project. Fill performance, materials and equipment availability require confirmation.

Can you source every ingredient for me?

Tell us what sourcing support you need. Availability, responsibilities and any separately scoped procurement or development work must be agreed before commitments are made.
